The right bike depends on your riding experience, fitness level, height, and where you plan to ride (commuting, leisure, trails, etc.).

Our specialists will help you with choosing best possible bike to meet all of your needs.

Bike size is based on your height and riding style.

Our team will choose the right size for you based on size charts and experience and they will adjust the bike for you.

An electric bike provides pedal assistance through the motor.

You still have to pedal, but the motor supports you, making riding easier and you can choose the level of the assist while you are riding.

The range depends on a lot of factors – ex. the battery size, motor power, cycling style, how much assistance you choose to have, rider weight and overall load on the bike.

A full charge typically lasts a full day of riding.  Battery lifespan is several years with proper care.

Electric bikes are heavier than standard bikes, but the motor compensates for the weight while you are cycling.

The typical weight of an E-bike varies between 16-30kg (35-66lbs).

No. You control the assistance level, so you can ride as easily or actively as you like.

No. E-bikes are for all ages and fitness levels and are popular with commuters, travellers, and experienced riders.

Trekking bikes are designed for comfort and longer distances on roads and paths (Perfect for commuting and leisure).

E-MTBs are built for trails and off-road terrain, but can still be used on the road.

If you are in between we always say: you can use mountain bike on the road, but you cannot use a trekking bike on the trail.

Servicing E-Bikes is usually the same price as servicing your standard bike, the components can be slightly more expensive.

On the other hand servicing E-Cargo bikes will be more expensive.

Not necessarily. There are bikes that are easier to use and more automated but they could be used by both beginners and more advanced cyclists.

Most e-bikes use a 250-watt motor, which refers to continuous power. What you really feel is torque (Nm) and peak power (W) — this determines how strongly the bike helps you, especially on hills.

Typical e-bikes range from 40–85 Nm and the peak power from 500W-1200W. Motor type and assist modes also affect how powerful the bike feels.

The battery size – capacity- is gauged in Wh, and it usually range from 350Wh- 850Wh.

The Bigger the battery the longer your range is. It is important to remember that more powerful motors use more battery, so more powerful motors are usually combined with larger battery and lightweight bikes with less power are combined with smaller batteries.
